I finally remember where I've seen something like that before, and guess what: I've seen a "ice cream" scene like this in "Happy Tree Friends". It was in the episode "From A to Zoo" and this here is a vector drawing of this moment. Actually Petunia got ice cream and she enjoyed it just like you see it here. No kidding.
