This is my part of an art-trade with Hope you like it, even if it is not exactly like you wished it.

It shows her fan-character (who's name is "Lauri" ? ) with Snails and Snipes which give her a little welcome. She wanted a Ponyville-setting and I tried to make one but it didn't work. So I just ended up with this PNG. I also was bit self-creative because I actually changed some small details at Lauri, like the pattern arround her eye which was basically bigger:

Please don't get me wrong but I really thought "Lauri's" design needs some more "less". You know: Sometimes "less" is "more". While my time in the "Happy Tree Friends" fan-dome (which are years now) I have seen and drawn many OC's for others. Some of them had the same many and different colored details like a patchwork-blanket. I think the biggest success you can achieve with an OC is to make him/her unique while being simple at the same time. So: "Less" is "more" in my opinion.

BTW (the following words are not important so you don't need to read them): By talking about "many details". Do you remember the "Sonic-Rainboom" episode of MLP? I still think Rarity looked horrible with all the make-up and this overloaded outfit. It's still a remarkable fact that she was able to hold herself in the air for so long while she was so overburden. But there is not much which is more overloaded then the "Cupcakes" cutie mark dress. Gosh this dress is a pain in the... flank because it actually is a patchwork and it took me much time when I worked on those pages for "The six winged serpent". Thanks to ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR which is a very intelligent program. Here you have to draw a cutie mark just one time and then you can copy it again and again and re-use it. If I would have to draw every detail completely new in each panel then this comic would have made me crazy already a long time ago.

Nevertheless it was a great little challenge to draw "Lauri".
